Drop-in Meditation Classes with Chelvi Mailvaganan Series ~ Developing Strength & Resilience
Our experience of life’s difficulties and our unfulfilled wishes can easily lead us to become cynical, worn out and discouraged, even giving up completely on the idea that we will ever find any lasting happiness.
Through the practice of meditation we can access the inner calm, objectivity and lightness that lies within all of us. Through experiencing our own inner potential we can find new inspiration and energy to transform our life’s challenges and move to a place of greater confidence and happiness.

1 Week Break then back with the series The Art of Good Relationships on 23 April
Classes last for an hour and a half. They are suitable for complete beginners and those with more experience of meditation. You’re more than welcome to come to individual sessions or attend the series as a whole.
