This course is easy to learn and helps to improve heart/lung function, muscular strength, flexibility, balance, and stress reduction. You donít have to have diabetes to take part!
Held on Monday mornings from 15th January to 12th March 2018 at Spearpoint Pavilion.
This course is 9 weeks long and is based on Sun and Yang style tai chi. Besides the fundamental 11 movement tai chi, it contains an advanced 9 movement set, warm-up, wind down, and Qigong breathing exercises.
All the movements are suitable for ages and abilities as you can even do the class sitting down in a chair.
