St Mary's Church Chall

Join Caroline each week in this informal class teaching you all about mindfulness meditation. You’ll be guided through the session helping you understand the benefits of mindfulness, how it can help you be more calm and peaceful plus tips on how to practice at home.

Each class will involve teaching, question and answer sessions plus practice time. There will be chairs to sit on and no special clothing is required. If you have a meditation cushion then you’re very welcome to bring it with you however you will not need pillows or anything to lie down on.

Do I need to book?
As with all our classes, you need to book in for these sessions. It helps us know who to expect plus allows us to notify you if the class is subject to changes.
