Tai Chi for Health This course is 5 weeks long and is based on gentle Yang style tai chi.
This course is 5 weeks long and in it you will learn the first 8 forms of the Yang 24. By the end you will know a sequence of tai chi which takes you around 5 minutes to complete. This can be your daily practice at home, repeating the sequence as many times as you have to devote to your practice. All these forms are Yang style which are gentle, graceful, effective for promoting health and easy to learn.
